By using the buildbutton.co web site ("BuildButton", "Service", "Platform") created by EnumTech company, https://enumhq.com, registration number TN25200031 ( “EnumTech”, "Company", "We", "Us", "our"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY, ITS AFFILIATES AND ALL USERS WHO ACCESS OUR SERVICES THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS “YOU” OR “YOUR” SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY, ITS AFFILIATES AND USERS ASSOCIATED WITH IT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.

EnumTech reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your Account. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

1. Account Terms

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
  2. You must provide your name or nick name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. EnumTech cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  4. You are responsible for managing payment transactions on your own website. EnumTech cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to manage your own payment transactions. Any disputes with users of your website are not the responsibility of EnumTechs and are solely the responsibility of you, the user of the Service.
  5. If you cancel the Service or cancel your website, it is your responsibility to cancel all member subscriptions. EnumTech will not be held liable for ongoing payment transactions that occur after you cancel usage of the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that when you cancel usage of the Service, that all your member's payment transactions are canceled and that no future billings occur.
  6. The payment processing system may only be used for your membership subscriptions, lead purchases, or the purchase of other services that are fulfilled through the EnumTech's BuildButton platform. The purchase of other 3rd party services that are not fulfilled through the BuildButton platform (marketing services, subscriptions to other services or websites, advertising agreements, etc) cannot be charged through the payment processing system of your BuildButton website. This is done to protect members, users, and website owners from credit card fraud and other potential financial damage.
  7. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have login access to your account).
  8. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
  9. The EnumTech's BuildButton service is sold as software. All BuildButton SaaS licensees are provided with BuildButton hosting to host their BuildButton website. This hosting account may only be used to host files, databases, and content, as it is initially installed in the hosting account by BuildButton and in compliance with this Terms of Service document. No third party applications, files, databases, or content (such as a WordPress, Joomla, phpBB, or any other application) may be installed, saved, or hosted in a BuildButton hosting account at any time. If an agent of BuildButton discovers an unauthorized third party application, file, database, or other content installed, it is subject to immediate removal without prior notice to the licensee, may result in the immediate termination of the license, and removal of the entire website and all related files from the BuildButton servers. 2. Service overview

  1. BuildButton is a product discovery platform that allows users to discover, share, and promote applications for building other apps without coding.
  2. BuildButton allows to publish the information about your product for free, as well as reviews, ratings, blogs, and any other allowed content.
  3. BuildButton provides paid services to boost the visibility of products to increase their discoverability.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Account Creation

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You may sign up using email authentication (magic links) or Google OAuth
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must keep your account information updated
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent our systems

4. Content and Product Submissions

4.1. Submission Guidelines

When submitting products, you must ensure:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • You have the right to submit the product information
  • The product is functional and accessible via the provided website URL
  • Screenshots and logos are original or properly licensed
  • Content does not violate any third-party rights
  • If you are a developer of the product, you must verify it via email or DNS record.

4.3. Prohibited Content

By using the Service (as defined in the Terms of Service) and/or the BuildButton's website, you agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available content:

  • that is pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in sexual activities or exposing sexual organs unfitting for the Service;
  • that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
  • that suggests a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap (or violates any state or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics);
  • that violates federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws, including but not limited to, stating in any advertisement for employment a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability;
  • with respect to employers that employ four or more employees, that violates the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including requiring U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (green card status) as a condition for employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulation, executive order, or federal, state, or local government contract;
  • that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an EnumTech’ employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not apply to content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures);
  • that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person’s explicit consent;
  • that is fraudulent, false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, or constitutes “bait and switch”;
  • that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
  • that constitutes or contains “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or unsolicited commercial advertisement;
  • that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if: posted in areas of business directories which are not designated for such purposes;
  • emailed to BuildButton's users who have not given permission in writing to contact them about other services, products or commercial interests, including but not limited to links to commercial services or web sites, except as specifically permitted;
  • that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law;
  • that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of content, emails or posts (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users’ ability to use the Service; or
  • that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through the Service.

4.4. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit
  • The ownership can be claimed by the product producer and transfered upon the ownership confirmation (by email or DNS record)
  • You grant BuildButton a license to display and promote your content
  • Published content may remain on the platform even after account deletion but will be hidden from public access
  • We may remove content that violates these terms

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems to manipulate clicks, votes, or BuildButton Boosts
  • Create fake accounts or use multiple accounts fraudulently
  • Submit false, misleading, or deceptive product information
  • Attempt to circumvent our boost system or fraud prevention measures
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submit products that compete directly with BuildButton
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than product promotion

6. Intellectual Property

  • The platform design, code, and functionality are our intellectual property

9.2 3 Day Refund Policy

The refund can be asked during first 3 days after payment. No any refund can be done after this term. This policy is applied to any type of payment which could be one time payment or subscription.

9.3 Service Performance and Guarantees

While we are committed to providing high-quality promotion services, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. However:

  • We will make our best effort to deliver increased traffic to your promoted product
  • We will use industry-standard practices to maximize exposure within our platform
  • We will provide the promotional features and placement as described in your selected plan

  • We do not guarantee specific traffic volumes, conversion rates, or business outcomes

9.4 Billing and Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • You may ask for refund no later than 3 days after payment
  • Cancelled subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period
